Work at the shop
Richland Patterns has been building foundry patterns, core boxes and match plates in Richland Center since 1981. The work is hands-on and every job is different: CNC machining, hand finishing, fitting and checking tooling that has to be right before it ever sees sand.
We are glad to hear from experienced patternmakers and machinists, and from people who are good with their hands and want to learn the trade.
